Pros: -love the location -management is responsive Cons: -the super wasn't very responsive but he left the job and is being replaced by someone else so hopefully that person is better Advice to landlord: n/a

Pros: Some of the neighbors are really sweet and the rent is reasonable. The noise control between units is solid. Cons: I’m in one of the FN units which has a bedroom facing 1st Avenue. The street noise is absolutely deafening. Additionally, since moving in we’ve had a fruit fly infestation that persists after exterminators and constant cleaning. The building also lacks laundry facilities and isn’t well maintained

Pros: Very good location, next to all transit. Friendly neighbors(except drug attic living on first floor who steals all packages and has numerous “friends” over Good lighting and heating, hot water. Cons: Extremely un sanitary. Have seen “live in super” as listed who doesn’t live here, once in building within my 10 months living here Garbage closet is horrendous!!!!! The inside of the closet has not been fully cleaned scince I’ve moved in. Tenants are scared to open the door as mice and cockroaches are INFESTED in there crawling out which leads everyone to putting garbage along the lobby hallway outside. Whole building is completely infested with cockroaches and mice Advice to landlord: Get a super who actually interacts with the tenants. Welcome the tenants in with the super to allow him to introduce himself( super left my house keys under a mice trap box 3 blocks down and took picture saying it’s under it and have still never met face to face. Hallways has not been mopped in months!!

Pros: Good location, reasonably priced, mostly quiet other than construction Cons: Construction noise next door at the Greek church (supposedly set to finish in 2022), roaches and flies - super does not keep the garbage room clean. Advice to landlord: Hire a better super.

Pros: Very good location, good apartment a lot of lights and good price Cons: The owner/GPG management didn’t do anything to take care of the building, the building is very old, the Garbage room inside of the building which is so bad ( not enough space for 18 apartments), no one clean NEVER the building inside or outside ( entrance street), the superintendent ignoring tenants, no one cares about that building, I think the tenants can easily resolved all building problem just calling DOB and make complaints about what is going on there. Advice to landlord: Resolving problem with garbage room, clean the building inside and outside ( street entrance) every building 2 weeks, taking care of tenants requests , install Hercules washer/dryer machine in the basement at least you can do that and the tenants who lives in that building will be happy.

Pros: Affordable and a great location Cons: Tough to get in touch with management. Not the cleanest building.
