Pros: Wonderful doormen, great views, spacious apartments, beautiful lobby, building events, pool in gym Cons: Large property manager mentality, does not budge for most requests like rent reduction and always difficult when moving out. You have to pay to use the roof $60/mo. Weird rules like you can’t bring your dog through the lobby, you have to pick them up. If Uber delivery driver doesn’t have Uber ID they don’t allow them up to your apartment. Not enough closet space if living with someone in a one bedroom.

Pros: -doormen -elevator service -package service -laundry on every floor -clean building -AC and heat control Cons: Our laundry went out of service frequently the past year and they began locking the trash chutes which led to a bit of a mess on our floor. Slow to return security deposits.

Pros: Doormen are great, has a package room, apartment is very nice with hardwood floors, central AC, stainless steel appliances, right next to the 6 train and trader joes. Cons: The amenities are way too overpriced for the quality. The kitchens are pretty cramped, but that’s just nyc!

Pros: It’s all young post grad kids so if that’s you it’s fun. Very pretty building and good packages and nice staff. We’ll kept Cons: They overcharge for sure like you have to pay to use the gym and roof. Also just super strict and overall overpriced.
