Pros: Rent stabilized! New and clean, in-unit laundry. friendly and attentive staff Cons: can't really think of any honestly.

Pros: Good location, excellent roof deck. Cons: Heating/cooling system louder than I would like (but typical for other similar buildings I looked at) Advice to landlord: none for now

Pros: Super friendly doormen, kitchens are brand new and full size, walk in closets Cons: I honestly can’t think of any Advice to landlord: Nothing, everything was so clean and great and I miss living here. Everyone was friendly and super responsive and helpful. Leasing office even found my tax forms when I needed them for filing and had lost mine!
