Pros: The amenities are really good and the building overall feels very premium. Everything from lobby, to elevators and common spaces are very appealing. It has grand lounges on roofdeck. Amenities are plentiful like bowling alley, pool table, spa, games room etc. The staff are very nice and prompt. Cons: Apartments are not very big and many have awkward layouts. The rent is also pretty expensive. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent please

Pros: Incredible staff - the best Cons: Amenity hours should be till midnight Advice to landlord: Great building, allow more people to stay till midnight, be less strict on misc fees

Pros: cleaning staffs are great. common spaces are clean. Cons: unprofessional management and there was one time a porter entered our unit without consent because he went to the wrong unit. awful sound proof. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, open closet door, lower blinds, walk around, and more. management treat staffs badly which resulted in high turnaround rate. they will ask you to lower TV volume of your own home, or not use AC during hot summer. Heat goes out a lot. honestly not what you expected when you are paying almost 6k in rent.

Pros: Common areas are awesome A lot of activities for tenants to meet each other Great staff Convenient Locstion Cons: Rooms and layouts are small and fairly strange Street and construction noise My neighbors are fine but have heard horror stories
