Pros: You get what you pay for. Attentive staff, and well maintained building. I've had full appliances replaced in just a few hours. Good size a laundry room that is always open. Cons: Sometimes elevators can be slow. Advice to landlord: I enjoyed living in the property.

Pros: Staff is excellent. Neighbors are generally friendly, a fair amount are families with young children. Cons: The laundry room machines are dated and don’t work particularly well. Not unusual to have to wait for elevators. Advice to landlord: It would be helpful to add wi-fi and more comfortable seating to the roof deck. More tenants would use it, especially with so many working remotely, if it was better equipped.
