Unit 4c Pros: Water gets hot quickly, trash is taken out frequently, no packages are stolen, and affordable rent Cons: rats in front of building, interior leading up to apartment units are run down (cracked floors and walls, leaking ceiling, busted light), hard to reach building maintenance/super, heat was off for several months Advice to landlord: retile floors, fix the ceilings and walls, address maintenance issues, patch the holes in the sidewalk to deter rats

Pros: Location is ok. Cons: Do not trust the Management Company they will do construction work inside building without City Working Permit placing tenants in danger, health and fire hazard. No security cameras in front of the building causing a lot of robberies inside the building. No building maintenance. Faulty electrical cables. NO efficient Heat provided. Advice to landlord: Not a good option to move in if you are looking for a peaceful and safe building to live in. Especially if you are a grown-up and not 25 years old, which are the only people they rent the place to. The building is ancient and not well taken care of. The structure of the building is so old your walls shake when people slam their doors.

Pros: Location, space, quiet Cons: Mice, poorly insulated, dirty floors Advice to landlord: Don’t rent your space downstairs for a chain restaurant

Pros: Location, rent stabilized, never see my neighbors Cons: Has not been renovated in decades, pest problem, cannot get same day maintenance Advice to landlord: For the price point renovate the units, update the bathrooms and plumbing, seal up the walls in every unit
