Unit 516 Pros: Nice well maintained building. Good for short-term stay, otherwise apartments are too small. Cons: Gym is very small for such a huge building. Advice to landlord: Make sure the staff bring things to the lost&found department and not just leave them behind… someone took my sweatshirt from the gym after I left it there.

Pros: Upon visiting I loved the modernness of the elevators and each floor was very clean Cons: The lobby felt like it didn’t match the rest of the floors’ design Advice to landlord: N/A

Pros: I love the train that runs by which is 4,5 and R,W which can also access Fulton train station Cons: It can get cold so you must be prepared for that Advice to landlord: Better management

Pros: Units are well taken care of Cons: Cleaning is not that great. Wait for the elevator can be a bit long. Advice to landlord: Hire better cleaners.

Pros: Updated appliances, door man, roof access, gym, great views Cons: Walls are thin in some apartments so you hear neighbors, you can hear the noise of construction outside at all hours of the day and through the night Advice to landlord: Keep the package room open longer

Pros: High ceilings, nice views, spacious, nice appliances, decent rent prices, close to battery park/bpc. Cons: Repairs will take a while. Apartment was not clean at move in. AC leaks water into the floor (fix was replacing damaged floor tiles, but AC keeps leaking). Advice to landlord: Get a better repairman/mechanic to look into the old AC units. Seems many apartments have this leaking issue. Waiting for the floor to darken/rot to then replace them is not a long term fix.

Pros: Nice ambiance, prompt response but don't give appropriate answers Cons: They charge every little thing to take away a full security deposit. They even charged for a paint wear off from kitchen closet door which they've painted. They're thieves. Don't rent there. Advice to landlord: Stop charging for mistakes you've made.
