Pros: No fee, management in the building, great convenient location, lots of sun, great response time on maintenance issues Cons: Management does not negotiate much if at all on rent, no concessions during covid, windows being replaced but currently not good at keeping out cold air and dust, very loud if there is construction on the street, staff is not the friendliest but they are effective/efficient Advice to landlord: Some rent concessions during covid would be nice but otherwise have enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Big spacious bedroom/living room, near Central Park, clean Cons: Older building, loud, no amenities Advice to landlord: Would be great if they could change the windows to double paneled
