Pros: Great layout, modern finishes, good soundproofing Cons: Low responsiveness from super, can be dodgy out front

Pros: Convenient location, great layout, good dishwasher and W/D. Decently responsive management, though they aren't especially friendly. Don't hear much noise from neighboring units. Cons: Poor construction... my apartment has cracks all over the walls from the room expanding and contracting throughout the day / seasons. The tiles they chose in the bathroom also easily trap moisture and cause mold. Also it's super loud because it's next to Bedford Ave. so you hear traffic and honking at all hours of the day. I also smell other people's apartments (cooking, frying, smoking, etc.) in my apartment because of the way ventilation is set up.

Pros: Almost brand new building, good amenities and kept very clean Cons: So insanely noisy if your window faces Bedford Av. We were the first tenants to move in and the landlord promised a doorman that never arrived in the 1.5 years we lived there.

Unit 6a Pros: SUPER clean nice amenities right next to a subway and a lot of restaurants Cons: Super is incredibly lazy and unresponsive ("clean X by yourself", "I can't repair the dishwasher :/", etc) Apartment access via App sometimes doesn't work, can get locked out

Pros: * Clean building * Laundry in unit * Elevator * Good Noise isolation (Corner unit not facing street so that helps). * Good natural light (6th floor) * Small gym with basic things * Garbage chute in every floor * Security cameras Cons: * Management takes time to respond to tickets * Management sometimes tells you should fix and not willing to bring someone to check (air conditioning, dishwasher, etc). * Water fountain in the gym has never worked * Packages were opened or stolen sometimes (One time was another neighbor, management checked the cameras, usually people from outside) * Management refused to give a door for the internet box cover. * Pet fee * Amenity fee Advice to landlord: Management should be more responsive and willing to check if something is not working correctly.

Pros: Very close to the subway (A/C lines). Apartments are new with very nice kitchen and bathroom. Lobby and hallways all clean and quiet and taken care of. Cons: The unit does get very hot, in the summers especially. I assume it has to do with the windows. Even when the sun isn't out or when the weather would start to get colder. Also, there's a package room but no doorman. Packages tended to be left outside the package room and theft was very common.
