Pros: People who live here know each other and established community with each other. No issues with heat. Cons: NYCHA does not respond to issues in a timely manner. Over the years I lived here I experienced power outages, no gas for almost a year, pests, and more. Advice to landlord: Hire people to manage the building. New people need to be in charge to make changes. Treat the people who live here with respect.

Pros: I had a place to survive and keep warm during nyc winters Cons: Nasty, pee filled elevator, ROACHES Advice to landlord: Do better and learn to care about your tenets
