Pros: Building employees are great. Helpful, responsive, and nice. Views are awesome. Cons: Tons of poorly planned construction. Noise levels are unbearable. At least one elevator put of commission at all times. Management is jacking rents up ridiculously. Location. Not bad but would be nice to be nearer restaurants and bars. Advice to landlord: Plan renovations better in terms of effects on residents.
