Unit 18F Pros: - no pests - great package system - floor to ceiling windows, great light in corner flexed room - swimming pool - plenty of washers/dryers Cons: - bathroom ventilation was lacking - heater on minimum setting overheated the flexed room and needed to be periodically turned off and on in the middle of the night to avoid suffocating heat in the dead of winter. This lead to alternating between freezing and suffocating in heat. At least the heater worked!

Pros: Doormen are great, management is responsive, garbage disposal is timely. Cons: Elevators are very slow and often broken.

Pros: Great location within Fidi, friendly doormen, and ability to flex. No complaints while I lived there. Cons: While it didn't bother me, 2 Gold is a popular building for a young, new graduates.

Pros: Responsive management, good doormen, well-connected to Fulton Street subway, generally quiet with thick walls, and units are very good for flexing into multiple bedrooms Cons: Like most FiDi luxury buildings, I think it's more expensive than it should be, and the demographic of people living here is mostly mid-twenties early-career investment bankers. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the building can definitely have frat house vibes on occasion (despite being very clean)

Pros: Nice amenities, great doorman staff, maintenance is quick and attentive, never had any issues with heating or AC Cons: My unit was across from a hotel rooftop bar and the noise level when there was a big crowd was nearly unbearable

Unit 3812 Pros: The convenience and building is amazing. Sad to leave. All the workers especially doormen are so nice and helpful. Cons: not much good food around fidi
