Pros: Units are large and extremely clean, very well managed. Gym is decent and has a full time management company come in to clean during covid and take people’s temperatures. Doormen are incredibly awesome, mail room staff are even better! Cons: Rooftop being on 19th floor - kind of a damper that there isn’t a view. Also have had to call maintenance a TON to fix the AC/Heat over the past few years. Kitchen counter space is limited. Advice to landlord: Improve amenities on roof

Pros: The doormen are great. The gym is on a higher floor so you have a little view when you workout. The lounge and terrace area is very nice. Cons: The street feels like a back alley, very quiet and dark Advice to landlord: We really enjoyed it!

Pros: Management is easy going, doormen are super nice, many elevators, amenities are great, apartments are new and spacious Cons: Pets pee and poop right in front of the building and it smells sometimes as much as they clean. Rooftop and lounge furniture could be modernized. Advice to landlord: Do something about pets peeing and pooping in front of the building! Everyone passes by and we all have to smell it.
