Pros: Top notch gym and rooftop. Nice lobby. Cons: Lived in 33F - the surrounding neighbors were insane. It was impossible to sleep due to the lack of noise insulation between units. Front desk (Big bald guy + Shaun)…
Pros: Very well kept, clean lobby and nice apartment units Cons: Older heating system and leaking windows that are not easily fixed, tough during winter months
