Unit 10F Pros: Attentive staff, great appliances & water pressure Cons: Bugs show up in my unit. Nothing huge just fruit flies and mosquitoes - that’s my only complaint.

Pros: The super and doormen are great. The building, although a little dated, is well-maintained and cordial. Residents are respectful and family oriented. Cons: Landlords can be hit or miss. Some have helpful and friendly landlords. I had a very cold landlord and broker that were not flexible. Best to work directly with owners, if you can. Advice to landlord: More transparency regarding condo fees and any additional pandemic-related fees.

HUGE elevator issues in building. Been here for years. Unacceptable for luxury high end building. Excellent staff. Amazing neighborhood. Stunning views from apartments. But, MAJOR ELEVATOR PROBLEMS in building.
