Pros: Quiet building Central to everything Relatively great neighborhood Cons: No elevator Cross Street gets loud in summer

Unit 2E Pros: Super is amazing Family oriented Wide stairs In unit laundry Spacious rooms Cons: Bad package delivery management, lots of thefts during holiday season with not much resolve. Advice to landlord: Add a gym or package room to the basement :)
