Pros: Location is amazing. Cons: Management and maintenance has gone down significantly in responsiveness. Advice to landlord: Respond quicker and hire more trained maintenance staff so they can respond quicker and better.

Pros: Great location, great neighbors, spacious Cons: Management. Inconsistent heating, slow to send maintenance, slow to replace appliances. Straight up ignore maintenance requests. Hallways dirty Advice to landlord: Listen & respond to your tenants in a timely manner.

Pros: Beautiful and clean building and apartment. Sense of community. Doorman and mail room. Basement laundry and garbage room. 3 elevators. Balcony if you’re lucky. Responsive maintenance. Radiator and heater in apartments. Dishwasher. Cons: Management unresponsiveness if your email is deemed unnecessary. Roaches if unlucky. High rent. On 5th Avenue close to a hospital so an ambulance passes at least every hour. Advice to landlord: Management needs to respond to all emails. Fumigation or pest control.

Pros: Elevator, laundry (roaches included), doorman Cons: It's an older building infested with roaches and mice. Concrete construction is extra conducive to noise. You will hear your neighbors on the phone. Advice to landlord: None really. It's a lost cause.

Pros: It’s clean, quiet, the doorman and staff are great. Cons: Expensive, parking should be free Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work
