Pros: Concierge, doorman, mailroom, laundry in building, dry cleaner service downstairs, crunch fitness Cons: Sometime elevator takes a while, resident gym is outdated Advice to landlord: Please update Rent payment from checks to online :)

Pros: The location is great; apartment is pretty clean; great doormen; the rooftop is great; it’s safe; most residents are working professionals or young families Cons: The quality of the units (eg, finishings, appliances) are not comparable to other apartments in similar price range, especially new developments in the city. You can get better quality and amenities. The walls are thin. You pay for the location. Advice to landlord: Management can be more responsive.
