Unit 5A Pros: The apartment are spacious, 3 bed and 1.5 bath. Close to the subways Cons: If somethings breaks, good luck getting it fixed at all. if Heat stops working you will freeze and they wont fix it until it too late. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive

Unit 1A Pros: Clean, close to transportation, shopping areas. Cons: No heat, employees don’t do their job, tenants make building unsafe breaking secure building door. Waited a month for a 10 minute job for my refrigerator to be fixed.

Pros: 3 bedroom apartment had 2 bedrooms. Spacious apartment and great location! Cons: We were unknowingly evicted August 2015 and in March 2016 they told us we had 6 days to leave. They said they served us the eviction papers in August but we never saw an eviction notice on our door and they continued to take our rent payments during the "eviction period" for months after. We were young adults and they took advantage of the fact that we would not be able to afford a legal battle while simultaneously searching for a place to live all in under 7 days. The super would hit on my roommate and I and made us very uncomfortable. Advice to landlord: You are horrible for the lack of transparency

Pros: Loved the spaciousness and the neighborhood. Loved my neighbors as well. Cons: It’s right between a police station and fire station, so be aware that it’s VERY noisy. Also your super doesn’t live there and won’t fix anything. Like...anything. The building is also hell-bent on destabilizing every unit. Advice to landlord: New management. And to take safety seriously- the front door hasn’t locked for over two years. Shame.
