Pros: Large house, lots of ventilation and natural light, polite neighbors and friendly super Cons: Poor customer service (Erica), slow response from maintenance, faulty heating, lighting and WC's and plumbing and drainage Advice to landlord: Fix the plumbing and sewage and heating issues please and leakage
