Pros: My neighbors were great! Cons: The building was not clean, had problems with trash management, and the management team is not responsive.

Pros: There are no Pros to share at this time. Cons: Vermin Infrequent sanitizing of the common areas Heat is inconsistent Hot water inconsistent Apt repairs are non-existent. Advice to landlord: Used to be a Great place to Live maintaining the property would increase Great environment and tenants.
