Pros: Strict rules mean that the building is well maintained. Cons: Depending on the owner, you may have a poor experience with repairs

Pros: Apartment size, location and amenities Cons: Massive pest control issues and lack of good management from building management company. Not upfront with you yet they require your life when you rent there Advice to landlord: Sell

Pros: Great staff. Very attentive and responsive. Amenities are all good as well Cons: Managing the heat of the apartment is a huge pain. I crack my windows even when it's in the 20s out. Advice to landlord: Improve heating and energy efficiency
