Pros: Great management, public safety is fast to respond, they bring packages and food to your door, and there is a sense of community Cons: Can be loud sometimes because the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors

Pros: I liked how responsive management was Cons: Many neighbors have lived there for 20 years and feel like they can control what you do in your own apartment and the surrounding areas. No boundaries.

Pros: - Neighborhood is quite if you are not at the periphery - Green space - Close to union square Cons: - paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbors from all sides/upstairs - old AC units, bad heating management Advice to landlord: Properly insulate your building (climate and sound)

Pros: Spacious bedrooms and living areas with reasonable response times for maintenance requests. Also electricity is covered. Cons: Small kitchens and the heat is highly variable, frequently getting too hot.

Unit 10G Pros: Very active community and center park area that always has people around, makes it feel very homey Cons: Not many windows in the apartments - living room can feel dark

Unit 10f Pros: Nice people, cool park in the middle, not much noise at all. Cons: No gas for three months, and barely any compensation for that. Additionally, they gave us no info around how long we were exposed to a natural gas leak. Advice to landlord: Beam living is awful. No responses or straight answers ever

Unit 5D Pros: i absolutely love stuytown, it’s so clean and quiet. management is very fast to respond, it’s all done through their website. it’s so safe and really makes me feel at home in such a chaotic city. Cons: some units are more updated than others, and pricing is fairly expensive but we’ll worth it with how much space you get.
