Pros: I liked the community. Good mix of family, young couples, and some students. Great space for the prices. Cons: Thin walls. Can be hard to get food deliveries because it’s maze like.

Pros: Maintenance was quick to respond, nice amenities, unlimited utilities, laundry in-building, great community/campus to walk around right in the middle of Manhattan Cons: Thin walls! Could hear neighbors and sometimes construction. Some flex walls aren't floor to ceiling and they have a small window at the top Advice to landlord: Have floor-to-ceiling flex walls please!

Pros: Very clean at the beginning of the lease, good water pressure/heat/etc. Stuytown resolves everything quickly. Cons: I’ve had some pest problems, but no rodents and it’s pretty specific to my room. Dishwasher leaked once. Laundry and rent can be expensive however

Pros: Pretty good management, nice neighbors Cons: Cockroaches…and rent is way too high. Tried to overcharge me for last month.

Pros: Study town was very quick to resolve issues (for example, our dishwasher leaked and they were there ASAP) and the building was always well maintained. Cons: Expensive apartment, expensive laundry room, thin walls could hear my downstairs/upstairs/and side neighbors.

Pros: Everything is taken care of for you. You don’t really need to worry about much Cons: A lot of families and kids but it wasn’t too bad.

Pros: - Property has Maintaince team to handle issues - Has it’s own garden and etc Cons: -Pricy -Noisy, you can hear sirens as well as ur neighbors

Pros: Great sized apartments! Cons: Cleanliness is sometimes an issue but the porters do a great job cleaning up after messy tenants.
