Pros: Great for starting out in NYC and if you have roommates. Cons: So-so living conditions. Not bad, not great. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent and stop converting one bedroom apartments into four bedroom apartments.

Pros: Great location, close to subway Cons: Not super clean and the landlord isn’t very responsive Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to your tenants
