Pros: Very close to NYU, comes furnished and has flexible lease terms (9 months instrad of full year) Cons: Management acts like they are doing you a favor for allowing you to live there. Apts are poorly maintained, air conditioning is not good (if over 85 degress outside, the apt won’t cool below 75F). Extremely expensive. Luxury building price for an outdated apt. Advice to landlord: Listen to your residents! And for the love of god, update the apartments. It’s not the 1980s anymore.
