Pros: Location is convenient to subways, concierge team is great. Cons: Location is annoying (So many tourists), management is non-existent (good luck talking to anyone above the building level), horrible leasing office staff, remodel is cheap, elevators NEVER work, lights shut off in the library every 15 minutes Advice to landlord: Make yourselves available by phone, fix things in a timely manner and fix them well instead of just painting over problems (news flash - the pain just bubbles, flakes off, and look crappy as soon as you leave)

Pros: Great doormen. Clean and good amenities. Cons: Terrible location and overpriced. Amenity and extra prices are absurd including water and now building wifi that everyone must sign up for.

Pros: Pretty quiet but mix of neighbors between loud college kids and working people, relatively clean no bugs/rats in my apt at least Cons: Sometimes the laundry room is disgusting and not enough washers/dryers for all people. Advice to landlord: Fix elevator and laundry room

Pros: This is a solid, well-built building with great maintenance and reception team. Love the central location, views from my quiet corner apartment with high ceilings, good heat and AC. Cons: Elevators break down frequently and leave a line of residents waiting. Landlord increased rent 33% Advice to landlord: Spend the money to fix the elevators and update the software

Pros: Large units available, public spaces well-kept, staff is nice and helpful, beautifully renovated fitness center Cons: Amenities on 2nd floor rather than rooftop, restrictions on amenities remained longer than needed and hours severely limited, elevators can take a long time on busy nights Advice to landlord: Keep amenity hours the same as when tenants signed their lease
