Pros: Very clean building with excellent amenities included in the rent. Apartments are nicely equipped as well. Solid concrete walls between apartments, so there is minimal noise coming from outside. Cons: Slightly pricier for the area and management wasn’t always timely with responses Advice to landlord: Slightly cheaper rent and respond to tenants for questions and maintenance quicker

Pros: Clean, sunny, friendly Cons: Large rent increase after first year. Advice to landlord: Do not hide real rent under promotions first year. It leads to a huge increase the second year and renter turnover. If you want loyal tentants be willing to negotiate.
