Pros: Friendly staff/doorman Responsive super Cons: Loud street noise, constant traffic/construction, no easy parking besides expensive garages

Pros: Roof top Outdoor Pool, Roof Decks, Roof Lounge, Two Free Gyms, Valet, Concierge, 24 Hour Door Staff, Laundry on every floor Cons: Older building, air conditioning and heating units old Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work.
