Pros: Responsive, personable, amicable staff. Good responses to routine breakdowns. Cons: Corporate ownership creates bureaucracy that can slow maintenance responses down. Senior, rude, old time tenants feel they own the building. Advice to landlord: Adequately compensate your first-response staff. Everyone from mailroom, concierge, maintenance, and management really make an effort for tenants.
