Pros: Location, doorman, access, pool Cons: Street noise, some young loud tenants Advice to landlord: Keep doing what your doing

Horrible, horrible experience. I developed severe allergies and breathing difficulties living in the unit and eventually found TOXIC BLACK MOLD in the air conditioners. Confirmed by a third party air inspector, a total nightmare…This landlord is completely and utterly negligent, incompetent, unresponsive, all of the above. I’ve still yet to recover from the mold infestation. Would give a 0 out of 5 if possible. STAY AWAY.

Comfortable place near Astor place

Pros: Super well kept, doormen are the best at their jobs. Packages delivered to door Cons: Not many cons, pool and roof access costs money

For a "luxury" building they need to turn things around. George, the super, is unavailable and rude when you do get him on the phone. Last year the lobby repairs took months, now the elevator repairs are taking more than a year and the building is now completely without gas.
