Unit 8E Pros: The doormen and building staff are wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Large laundry room. Trash chute and recycling on every floor (cleared out pretty regularly). Great location -- right by the park, so if you're lucky, you also have an excellent view. And close to target/whole foods Cons: Poor ventilation -- our bathroom ceiling would crack every few months. A bit of an older building for the price you pay. We didn't have a pest problem, but I did see a roach in the stairwell

Pros: Large apartments. Good location. Cons: Hallways are not clean and updated. Doormen are not professional. When I moved out one of the doorman continuously called me on my personal cell phone that he got from the building. Advice to landlord: Update the common spaces and security.

Unit 23f Pros: If you are right out of college this is the place to go. Flex your walls to make it affordable Cons: Lobby isn’t amazing but loved everything else PRIME LOCATION

Pros: Good building and location. Fast maintenance response. Cons: High rent increases and AWFUL property management. I originally wrote a good review until I went through the process of moving out. Not only are they completely unresponsive, they give false information and do not follow through on anything. I went to move out and my elevator reservation was not shared with the doorman. The doorman was rude and actually yelled at me which I never thought it would experience in a building that I paid so much to live on. I went through all the correct processes to reserve the elevator and book movers even receiving confirmation from the property managers. Instead they had all the elevators in use and made me wait an hour with my movers (who I pay by the hour). Absolute ridiculous. They have now been completely unresponsive about returning my security deposit. Advice to landlord: Respond when people that pay to live in your building ask you questions
