Pros: Super & maintenance staff is very nice, they try their best despite awful building management. Cons: Management is a nightmare. The building has rodent, roach and mold problems.

Pros: Clean, great doormen, Cons: I hated so much about this place. Management was absolutely awful, unresponsive, and unwilling to work with tenants. Management also lied to me about my lease situation. All the hallways smelled like smoke. There were cockroaches in the building. Advice to landlord: I have no advice to ownership other than to say that prospective tenants should stay far away.

Pros: Great building staff, elevators, location Cons: Building management, most apartments are not renovated (not luxurious), overpriced Advice to landlord: Price your apartments according to the amenities provided. I live in a non-renovated apartment yet pay more than people in the building in a renovated high floor apartment. Makes no sense. Also you should really work with tenants to price their apartment at market rate especially during a pandemic
