Unit 2 Pros: big space and nice neighborhood Cons: Susan is the worst landlord possible. She makes it her job to make your life difficult. She is EXTREMELY unreasonable, and often takes actions that were not in the lease. NEVER rent from her. Advice to landlord: Be nicer...

Pros: Very quiet, cute street, lots of space, 2 floors, solid bedrooms, very nice living area Cons: Mice issues and leaky ceiling since old building
