Pros: Great location with friendly doormen. Cons: This building is half commercial use for medical offices and I have run into actual orange jumpsuit prisoners in the lobby/elevators who are accompanied by NYPD. The prisoners are wearing shackles and visit the psychiatrist in the building. Basement is also filthy with poor trash disposal/recycling and causes cockroaches/flies to roam the building. Advice to landlord: No more prisoners, better pest control

Pros: The building generally speaking is nice, clean, and kept up well. Doormen are nice. Cons: Water system and boiler kept breaking and put out brown water through our taps unpredictably. Management was always trying to nickel and dime us. Advice to landlord: If you want to run a luxury building you should have service to match it

Pros: Near the Subway, Doormen were Friendly, Maintenance staff were fast, Payments online Cons: Hallways could be noisy, Elevators slow Advice to landlord: Great overall building

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Responsive maintenance department, clean apartment. Cons: Packages went to the basement first so often wouldn’t come up for a day or so. Advice to landlord: Highly recommend this building
