Unit 6 Pros: I was so happy that it was a quiet apartment. No traffic noises. Everything worked well & the super was responsive. The neighborhood & neighbors were lovely.. Management were understanding of my needs. Cons: The kitchen could be updated a little but there was a lot of storage space & I got a new oven Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you do

Unit 5 Pros: The neighbors are nice, and the block is quiet. The unit is average. The super and porter are very nice and responsive. Cons: The rent is absurd for what it is. My unit is a studio, maybe a junior 1-bedroom at most. It was listed as a 1 bedroom, and it definitely is not. Not a legal bedroom by any means. The rent was hiked up to way over market value. My downstairs neighbor, who had lived here for 4 years, had her rent raised almost 1k in a year; she was forced to move out. The person who moved in is paying significantly less than what they quoted the original tenant. The landlords were trying to squeeze as much out of her as possible and DO NOT CARE. The building is absolutely not worth it. It's entirely average, if not on the verge of derelict. The heat barely works in the winter, and the windows are literally crumbling with cracks between the glass and the wood, which makes things rather chilly as well. The floor is falling apart in places, which helps out the MICE a lot. Not to mention there was a break-in three months ago, and there wasn't a peep from management about it. Good thing my neighbors are nice, and we communicate with each other. Advice to landlord: Be realistic about what these units actually are and be honest about their worth. Neighbors talk.
