Great building but beware of noise from neighboring office building vent system

Pros: Super friendly staff (everyone). Clean, well maintained Cons: Loud noise from 320 W 57th St (office building) all day.

Great building 9.5/10

Pros: Great amenities and friendly staff Full gym, pool, sauna, steam with towel service Cons: Rooftop only allows 2 guests at a time in summer per apartment, so, unable to invite friends. Also, some amenities are starting to age.
