Good first Appartment

Pros: Rooftop was nice and double door entry Cons: Bad area and lots of hobos

Decent building, great location

Pros: Close to everything, nice bathrooms Cons: Terrible neighbors - insane parties in common spaces, landlords did nothing. Cleaning went downhill when management changed. Slow response to fixing anything. Advice to landlord: Stop letting college kids ruin the building
