Pros: Heat worked fine Cons: Negligent and unresponsive management, unsafe conditions, rampant criminal activity, multiple leaks, roaches Advice to landlord: Be less negligent

Pros: NOTHING is good Cons: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Lived here for 3 years now. The last 6 months the building has gone to hell. There is crime, drugs and the landlords know and turn the other way. Avoid any apartment managed by this management company. Tenants are working with city government on these issues. Its insane. Advice to landlord: Get your act together.

Pros: Cheap for the area Cons: 1. Dirty building 2. Loud neighbors 3. Insecure mail (Packages getting stolen) 4. Lack of response from management
