Pros: great location, doormen & super are very nice and responsive Cons: bit of an older building, some things are not super well maintained or not fixable
Pros: The Front Desk is great and package delivery is super safe. Elevators are fast when one does not break down Cons: There were roaches in the bathroom and getting exterminator was not easy
