Pros: Awesome doormen, great rooftop and the building is always spotless. Cons: Traffic on Broadway. Leonard st is also very narrow so at least once a day someone double parks which results in 20-30 minutes of people laying on their horns. Cant turn AC on in units until May.

Pros: Nice amenities in units and throughout common areas Cons: A lot of Dogs, babies Advice to landlord: Do not raise rents
