Unit 20 Pros: Location is great Cons: Building conditions completely outdated and not cleaned often enough. Apartment was cheap but not ideal living conditions in the slightest Advice to landlord: Update the units.

Pros: Great location, very responsive super Cons: Building can look very unkempt in hallways, lots of elderly who still live in rent-controlled housing that don’t maintain their apt and attract pests like mice, owner can be very bizarre and takes it personally when you negotiate with him- he will unreasonably try to hike the rent up after your first year living there Advice to landlord: Fair rent pricing, maintain building better, fix up the units more
