Pros: This was a good place to live and the front desk, maintenance, and security staff were all great. Any repairs were handled promptly. The unit was nice and updated. Cons: The unit was overpriced for what you got. The amenities were also pretty overpriced. The garbage rooms were sometimes overflowing with garbage, but that wasn’t too often.

Pros: The apartment was nice Cons: The building’s management is terrible — greedy, deceptive and aggressively vindictive. They will rip you off blatantly and without shame. Advice to landlord: Don’t be so awful.

Pros: Nicely renovated apartments. Beautiful gym, lounge and roof deck. Good staff. Cons: Not a great block. No Covid rent relief. Advice to landlord: Update the hallways.
