Pros: Awesome doormen and staff Highly accessible location A lot of laundry units Well equipped common area with fast wifi Cons: Laundry got stolen Super was unhelpful/said it wasn’t his problem Friedman management not responsive Outdated furnishings

Pros: Very kind and attentive doormen (24/7), reasonable price for amount of space Cons: Cockroaches (even on the 40th floor / nothing done about it), location is not the best and so feel unsafe walking down the block after certain hours Advice to landlord: Please do something about cockroaches

Pros: Lovely doormen, attentive handymen, the staff are amazing Cons: Paying extra for the amenities which were not fully open during COVID

Pros: The staff is terrific. I have my favorites among the doormen, and the majority is very friendly and helpful (ex: will let a friend in on my behalf if I am not home). I also like the gym (but sad they got rid of the peloton) and haven’t really had issues with elevators being down. Cons: Sometimes the noise carries through the air vent in the kitchen so we can hear our neighbors if they throw parties. Also, you can hear conversations people are having in their homes when you’re in the hallway.

Pros: The doormen are fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. Cons: Washer or Dryer - there always seems to be one broken. Advice to landlord: Upgrade washer dryer to get rid of laundry card system which doesn’t always work and upgrade to machines that accept credit cards.

Pros: Good amenities and friendly doormen Cons: Street kinda smells. Wall paper is peeling in the hallway

Pros: Rooftop lounge, great doormen, great laundry service, nice gym, fast elevators. Super responsive maintenance staff. Cons: Beware of cockroaches roaming the rooftop lounge at night. Also saw a cockroach in the bathtub a couple of times over the course of 3 years. Otherwise no major issues.

Pros: Amenities are inexpensive and extensive Large floor plans Lots of elevators and no issues Cons: Had cockroaches for most of our lease Location

Pros: Doormen were incredible! Lounge was a really nice amenity. Cons: Leasing office was difficult at times.

Pros: High rise central location. Decent sized apartments amenities friendly doormen. Cons: Outdated. Carpets are worn out stained wall paper in halls is disgusting and peeling needs a remodel ASAP Advice to landlord: Update common areas remodel and make more stream lined and less embarrassing for the tenants to have guests. This is marketed as a luxury building so it should reflect that. The hallways look like they haven’t been redone since the 80s and this building is only 20 years old.
