Pros: The building is beautiful and is kept really well. The gym is small but nice! Cons: The management is extremely difficult! They are unorganized and unresponsive. They tried to bill us for rent when we had already moved out. Advice to landlord: Work on organization and responsiveness to tenants.

Pros: garbage shute, kept clean Cons: they turned the gas off for a month (no burners, laundry dryer) and didn’t care Advice to landlord: give us reimbursements for all the extra food cost given no one month’s gas!

Unit 4J Pros: The location is very busy, but very convenient. Tends to die down at night which is nice but during the day it can be very busy right at the door. The building staff is very friendly, and the doormen are all on top of it (except for one...) If you're in a remodeled apartment, the appliances are very fairly new. Cons: Management is basically unresponsive. Our rent increased by over $1000 YoY. They don't care about retaining tenants, all about the $$$ Advice to landlord: Do better to create a community, maybe people will stick around longer

Pros: Brand new kitchens/bathrooms, pretty lobby, and full amenities. Cons: A little overpriced and the doormen are sometimes rude or not sober. Also, the surrounding area is polluted with homeless people/drugs but hey that’s New York!

Pros: Nice amenities and good sized apartments Cons: Not the best location, sometimes noisy construction, and apartment could be more updated Advice to landlord: Update the rest of the apartments
