Pros: Large living space, brand new washer dryer. Location to metro, good bars/ restaurants and Madison Square Park. Nice twenty-something neighbors too. Cons: Issue with mice/rats in Fall 21 (currently 4 months since one was last seen/heard)

Unit 2 Pros: Good central location Cons: Had a rat in the shower Pantry was not properly cleaned by previous owner Windowless bedrooms Advice to landlord: More effort can be put in to the cleanliness of the building

Pros: Location and the surrounding businesses Cons: Rats, holes in floors, bad plumbing, worst landlord. Advice to landlord: You need to stop lying to your tenants
