I recently moved into 360 and have mixed reviews. When you walk in, the decor is pretty nice in the hallways and elevator. But as soon as you reach your hallway, you can see why the rent is so low. The hallways are carpeted and pretty dirty, the rooms are ok in size, kitchen has old appliances (the sink is extremely small), but there is a dishwasher which is a plus. The flooring is pretty old and not always flat, especially in the living room. The bathroom tile is a bit old as well, so it never really looks clean. The AC units are pretty productive, although there are no heat controls, so I have no idea what it will be like in the winter. The fridge is new as well as the microwave so there are some upgrades to the apt.
In terms of features, there is laundry on every floor (2 washers, 2 dryers), there is a gym with like 2 treadmills, some bikes, it's no NYHRC, but at least it's something. The doormen are nice, although pretty gangster, they are growing on me. The building is close to Chipotle, Quiznos, and the Loews Cineplex(very convenient), but there are always a handful of thug or bums yelling outside the building.
Overall, for 2150, I didn't expect too much more from this place. It's a great place to save money while still having the benefits of an elevator/doorman building. So far I'm satisfied, although I don't see myself staying here for too long.
