Unit NA Pros: Location of building is great Cons: Poor management, super only speaks Spanish and uses Google translator to communicate with tenants, have to text communicate with super and management about cleaning the building, rodent problems, heat and hot water issues. Management rarely inform tenants with updates. Currently no heat or hot water for 3 weeks Advice to landlord: Get it together

Pros: Location, super, safety, heat hot water, view Cons: Walk up Electric problem in livingroom & radiator in livingroom didn't work Outside noise in Sumner Lack of closet space
