Pros: Love the location, the view, and the amenities. Maintenance team is great and extremely efficient. Cons: Price is extremely inconsistent. I signed a 1 year renewal last year at a 3-4% rent increase. This year, they gave me an lease renewal with a 30% percent increase. THIRTY percent. Advice to landlord: Have more consistent pricing

Pros: - beautiful, modern building - nice amenities and common spaces - good layout - so close to Whole Foods - if there are any issues with the apartment, maintenance fixes it immediately! So happy with them. Cons: - very expensive, might not be worth the cost - some neighbors had dogs that were very loud

Pros: Beautiful property, well maintained Cons: Very loud parties, trash rooms routinely trashed….the building is a glorified dorm. Management doesn’t enforce their own policies. Advice to landlord: Take down the ugly banner that says The Eugene. Management has no presence on the property. Who enforces the rules? Is it up to the tenants to constantly complain?

Pros: - roof has a really nice view - modern finishings and appliances - in unit laundry - dishwasher is really quiet - 24/7 doorman - picking up packages has been good Cons: - AC is inconsistent, thermostat isn’t picking up the correct temperature - neighbors dogs would pee in the hallway

Pros: Amenities, location, atmosphere Cons: The new front desk staff does not care to stop random people from walking into the building. They also misplace packages too often to call it an accident. The old staff was far better. Also, the walls are very thin and for the price of the apartments it needs a pool.
