Pros: I love the elevator, and the area as the hospital is close and I work at the hospital Cons: Elevator always out, the mailbox half are open, my buzzer doesn’t work, overpriced rent, the super is rude, nothing ever works, heaters don’t work. The workers do what ever start something and don’t finish Advice to landlord: Needs a lot of adjustments

Pros: new appliances; spacious. nice neighbors. Cons: horrible management company. many times without hot water. roaches! Advice to landlord: your residents deserve hot water
